“This is the best Panera I’ve ever been to and I’ve been here multiple times. The food is hot and delicious, the orders are correct and the atmosphere is upbeat and very clean. They have several regulars that come, some work or study for a while, as well as new clientele and the staff is friendly and always good energy. Tynesha is particularly kind and helpful. There is a lunch rush on weekdays so plan a little time for a short line, it’s more than worth it.”

“A great place for breakfast This restaurant is located on the northeast side of the Tom Hill Sr Blvd and Northside Drive. It shares the building with one other business and is surrounded by parking lots so there is plenty of parking. As an added bonus there are electric vehicle charging stations across from this location. The store has parking inside and outside. The inside seating has the usual setup with a mix of booths tables and side seating. It has the muted colors that the Panera Decor is known for. The outside seating portion is very tastefully done with a separation wall and several tables to the right of the entrance. As with all other Panera restaurants, you can order online and inside. The counter is to the left as you enter and the menu is mounted behind it. The staff was very friendly and courteous in taking our order. We got their quiches. As usual, they were delicious and served on real plates with real silverware. The inside area was not busy and was very clean. The only downside is the prices are high and getting higher for their food. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I would recommend it to fellow travelers to the area.”

“I did an order online to pick up an order for me and my daughter. This was my 1st time ever eating at a Panera. When I entered the restaurant to get my online order, it was a line at the door. The staff was friendly to the people whom they had interacting with. As the line moved, I was able to see the area to pick up my order. First off, my order was correct, so I was glad to see that. As for how it tasted, it was delicious. I got to say that tuna salad sandwich is probably the best tuna sandwich I ever had. All the rest of the food was delicious as well. This is one of my new favorite restaurants.”

“It's almost a north Macon staple for relatively healthy sandwich/soup/salad eats! Pretty consistently great! It's clean, it's spacious, and easy to navigate thru the venue. But as with all restaurants, accidents can happen and then it's up to how management handles the issue. I'm our case, my daughter ordered a toasted garden sandwich and was blessed with a flattened mosquito between a bun and a tomato slice. We immediately showed it to the manager and we was thoroughly embarrassed and apologized, asking is if we wanted a remake, or a refund. We are half of the meal already and didn't feel it right that the meal was partially enjoyed for a full refund, so they have my daughter another 1/2 to go as consolation... We've enjoyed the establishment for the last 20 years and Will return again! But we'll make sure to open the sandwiches before eating... Keep up the great work!”
